The product must be cleaned and returned in original packaging, in order to get a refund from the deposit. Also, a copy of the original invoice has to be attached.

We also expect the deposit-product to be in a condition, that makes it possible to renovate it, which means that it has been exposed to nothing, but ordinary wear, and hasn't suffered visible damages as a result of a collision or anything similar.

If we cannot determine whether the returned item can be refurbished, the customer must await the manufacturer's approval, which may take 14-90 days before the deposit for the item is paid. Please refer to our general terms and conditions.
