Schmiedmann Odense services the dream car -BMW E30 320i M-Tech. 2
38 years - that's how long it took our customer to get back behind the wheel of a BMW E30 320I.
This time his very own BMW E30 320I!
Our customer is a car enthusiast to the bone, and has throughout his life messed with American cars. Mostly Corvette in all generations.
He took his driving licence here in Denmark, in the now iconic BMW E30 320I.
Now a car enthusiast for 38 years, he decided it was time to add the legendary BMW to his collection.
The joy of reunion is great!
The customer bought the car to drive it over the summer, and maybe another season, but the infatuation shines through when we speak to him on the phone.
I wonder if that BMW E30 302I has found the right owner?
We believe in that.
The car is a fantastic BMW E30 320I M-Tech. 2 from 1985.
(The M-Tech. 2 spoiler kit on the customer's car is retrofitted, it is originally only found on the facelifted E30 models with the large rear lights and plastic bumpers from 09/1987 onwards, convertible only from 10/1990 onwards).
It has had a new cabin 3 years ago and is on Alpina rims.
At Schmiedmann we had the pleasure of giving it an oil service and a new timing belt.
So now the car is ready again for some great years on the road.

The customer chose Schmiedmann because he wanted to get in touch with other BMW enthusiasts. And he got it!
He is very impressed with the handling of his many questions, and he feels really well taken care of. Both Schmiedmann Odense's foreman Victor and other staff he has been in contact with are highly praised for communicating proactively and really knowing their BMWs of all years.
At the same time, the customer appreciated our very low prices for parts and labour.
The customer is already in dialogue with Schmiedmann Odense about the next project with this fine BMW E30 320I M-Tech. 2.
It involves, among other things, more horsepower.

The pictures were really high quality and the car unique, so we got in touch with Tobias and got the full story behind the extensive remodelling of the classic BMW.

The list of modifications is long!
They include an M106 Turbo engine from a BMW E23 745I.
Along with a number of other conversions and new parts, this turned the classic BMW E28 520I into a ferocious driving machine with 661HP and a top speed of 300+km/h.

Schmiedmann Sweden's next project, the much talked about BMW G81 M3 Touring has this week been fitted with carbon fibre parts from exclusive EVENTURI
The EVENTURI parts are just one of many parts being fitted to the G81 M3 Touring these days.
A CSL steering wheel and carbon M-Sport side skirts will also be installed.
