JE Pistons for BMW E39 M5

These reinforced, forged racing pistons from JE Pistons will be installed in a BMW E39 M5 for a happy Turkish customer.
The customer says that the engine is being completely rebuilt after it was found to be using too much oil.
In addition to the reinforced pistons, Schmiedmann banana manifolds and Eventuri intake kits are also being fitted, which are on their way from Schmiedmann to the Turkish customer.

Differential bearing change on BMW F20 118I at Schmiedmann Finland
At Schmiedmann Finland, a happy owner of a BMW F20 118I had an original LUK differential repair kit type 168L fitted.
The repair started with the differential being removed from the car and disassembled.
The mechanic ensured that the bearings matched the ones in the repair kit and this was fitted.
The differential oil was changed and a test drive was performed to make sure everything is as it should be. And of course it is at Schmiedmann!
